-shop the outfit here-
Looking back at this weekend and these pictures makes me wish I was on a beach again...next week needs to come faster!!! (hint hint) Nick and I decided to catch some rays and head towards Coney Island on sunday, which was very excited since I had never been. Friends of mine had given me mixed reviews.."it's really dirty".."it's so colorful and fun!" etc etc. So I thought I would just decide for myself!
I was well equipped with my new Orlebar Brown summer pieces from Mr. Porter. I paired a light weight linen with graphic trunks, vivid sunnies and comfy boat shoes. Oh and of course the beach tote, can't forget that- what was inside mine? suntan lotion, beach towel, snacks and a boombox to play the latest jams.
Check out the shopping bar above. you can shop my exact outfit as well as other fun, similar pieces from the brand itself. Orlebar is different than other mens-swimwear i've come across...these are far more sophisticated and dapper. What're your thoughts? Men speak up!!!

Oh wow, the eyes look especially piercing today Galla. Coney Island is one of those iconic places from all those romantic comedies you thats a must for anyone to see. Ferris wheels, the beach, lounging, beau in tow (imaginary otherwise lol) and all the endless walking around you could do seems enchanting. It's on my list for sure. I love swimwear a lot too. I particularly love Parke and Ronen at the moment but I'm going to have to give Orlebar Brown a shot. I just looked at their prints and they literally look like your wearing art pieces that are so captivating. I'm so down to wearing the Amazon on my waist, haha. They do look very sophisticated. I also like a bit of a cut and fit around the midline of the thigh (vs too puffy) and these appear to sit just right. You've captured the summer season and breeze quite well here. :-)
